Reappropriation of real estate property

In accordance with currently binding laws, previous owners of property or their beneficiaries are entitled to pursue obtaining their property, whole or partial, if it was not used in accordance with the purpose that was declared at the time of the expropriation. In case a court decides to return the property, the owner or his beneficiaries are obliged to return the any reimbursements they received or any other property they received as compensation.
